- Contract SpecialistApply**Job#: 3054335****Job Description:**Contract Specialist**Location:** Houston, Texas (Onsite)Role OverviewAs a member of the Contract Administration team, the Contract Specialist will be responsible for commercial customer contract quality assurance by enforcing the organizational principles of integrity and compliance to contract review and fulfillment. This role also ensures that non-customer contracts are executed and stored according to operational processes and complies with all security regulations and corporate policies.Key Responsibilities* Ensures that all customer contracts are reviewed, approved, and fulfilled according to established standards.* Assists with managing the contract administration email inbox and processing contracts within service level agreements.* Works effectively with team members to ensure best practices are followed.* Provides administrative support to a department or group of professionals.* Compiles, collects, and analyzes data for inclusion in reports or presentation materials.* Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures.* Performs document management tasks, scheduling, and organizational activities.* Assists with process documentation, mail merges, and reporting as needed.Required Qualifications**Education:** High School Diploma or GED.**Experience:** 0 - 5 years of experience providing administrative support, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports.**Technical Skills:** Proficient computer application skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications* 2+ years of experience in an Operations, Legal, or Contracts role is preferred.Company Overview & CultureThis organization provides opportunities to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
