Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with over 5 years of experience in the Emergency Department. Candidates with experience in both Emergency and Intensive Care Units will also be considered. The ideal candidate must provide professional, compassionate care and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Participate in triaging patients to ensure proper treatment and prioritization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
• Act as a resource and mentor to junior staff as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 5+ years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and either PALS or ENPC certifications.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to pass random drug screening and complete a Criminal Questionnaire/Consent Form.
