Currently South of Grandview - Office relocating to SUNBURY, Ohio
The Role
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly from the inside. You'll be a key part of our office team — handling billing, receipts, accounts, and day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the business moving.
• Process and organize expense receipts and purchase documentation
• Handle AIA billing and invoicing for construction projects
• Assist with accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Coordinate with project managers and field crews on paperwork and approvals
• Manage office communications, filing, and general administrative duties
• Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and special projects as needed What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of office administration, bookkeeping, or billing experience
• Comfortable with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Construction or trades industry experience is a plus — not required
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset What We Offer
