Senior Security Manager, Industrial Security Operations

Responsibilities Serve as the Senior Facility Security Officer (FSO) for V2X, overseeing all NISP‑related operations and ensuring consistent and compliant security management across the company. Supervise and mentor Facility Security Officers (FSOs) and Assistant FSOs at all V2X locations, providing guidance and performance oversight. Manage all DCSA interfaces, including preparation and maintenance of DD 254s, SF-328s, and mandatory security reporting through DISS and NISS; coordinate with Cognizant Security Agencies (CSAs). Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise security awareness training and V2X Insider Threat Program (ITP) in compliance with DCSA and DoD directives. Oversee facility clearance and CAGE code management, ensuring the Facility Clearance (FCL) remains in good standing. Administer security arrangements for collateral, Special Access Program (SAP), and SCI environments, covering physical, personnel, and administrative security. Conduct and coordinate security self‑inspections, investigate losses and violations, and track corrective actions to closure. Advise senior leadership on industrial security policy, regulatory compliance, and risk posture. Represent V2X in interactions with DCSA, customer security representatives, and other government agencies. Travel domestically or OCONUS may be required to support inspections, staff oversight, or program support. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum ten years in industrial security with at least seven years as a Facility Security Officer supporting classified DoD programs; previous senior FSO experience at a large, multi‑facility contractor preferred. Certifications: Completion of the DCSA FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (CDSE) is required; ISP or equivalent senior FSO certification preferred. Other Requirements: United States citizenship required; current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; designation as Key Management Personnel (KMP) under DCSA requirements. Skills: Strategic leadership, risk management, technical writing, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in DISS, NISS, e‑QIP/eApp; working knowledge of SIMS or comparable security platforms. Software: Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation: Salary range USD $135,000 – $190,000, subject to market and geographic location; additional benefits and compensation may apply.
