Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Audiology Receptionist for a busy and professional hearing care office in Bridgeport, WV. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative experience who enjoys helping patients in a healthcare setting.

Pay & Schedule

Up to $19.00/hour

Audiology Receptionist Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients for appointments
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify patient information and update records
Assist with insurance paperwork and patient forms
Maintain organized files and office records
Collect payments and process transactions
Support audiologists and office staff with daily administrative duties
Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients of all ages

Qualifications

Previous receptionist, medical office, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and multi-line phone systems
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Healthcare or audiology office experience is a plus but not required
