Under direct supervision, provide reception and clerical assistance for the efficient operation of the campus office.
High school diploma or GED
Working with the public, parents, and students in a friendly manner.
Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow written instructions
Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
Bilingual preferred
Ability to use a calculator (10-key by touch)
Ability to operate a computer and software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
Proficient skills in the use of a postage meter machine
