As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our experienced service advisors to ensure every rider who walks through our doors has a smooth, professional experience — from check-in to pick-up.Location: 9700 E Arapahoe Rd Greenwood Village, CO 80112Employment Type: Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday SchedulePosition Type: Hourly + CommissionPay Range: $17-$18 HourlyWhat You'll DoGreet customers at service write-up and assist with check-in for motorcycle and powersports vehicle service appointmentsCommunicate service status updates to customers via phone, email, or in personOpen, track, and close repair orders with accuracy in our dealer management systemCoordinate with technicians and parts department to keep work orders moving efficientlySchedule service appointments and manage the daily service boardAssist with vehicle check-in and check-out, including mileage and condition notesHelp maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service driveSupport service advisors with administrative tasks and follow-up callsWhat We're Looking ForA genuine interest in motorcycles, powersports, or the automotive industry — riding experience is a plusStrong communication skills and a customer-first attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentDetail-oriented with good organizational habitsBasic computer proficiency; experience with a DMS (CDK, DealerSocket, etc.) is helpful but not requiredValid driver's license required; motorcycle endorsement requiredPrior customer service, automotive, or dealership experience is a bonus — not a requirementWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay with opportunities to grow into a full Service Advisor roleHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid training and manufacturer certificationsA team culture built by riders, for ridersStable schedule — Tuesday through Saturday
