TRAVEL - RN - Postpartum Facility: Wesley Medical Center 7A - 7P Address: 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214 Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 29 plus 8 overflow Number of Staff – 50 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge, 1 Desk PCT, RN's based on census Night Shift – 1 charge, 1 desk PCT, RN's based on census Patient Ratios – 3-4 couplets per RN - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment – Welch allen vitals machines, CPN monitors, POC Glucose monitoring EMR – Meditech / CPN Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Postpartum hospital experience BLS & NRP Preferred or nice to have : High risk post-partum experience Level 2 Nursery experience Typical procedures performed on unit(s): POC Glucose monitoring Breastfeeding support Post-partum hemorrhage management Assist with circumcision Hypertension assessment/management Best personality Fit: Positive attitude, hard worker, likes to stay busy Team player, likes to help others Why TalentBurst?
