What You’ll Do Provide Skilled SLP Care : Perform comprehensive in‑home evaluations for geriatric patients with cognitive, dysphagia, aphasia, or dysarthria. Develop and Implement Treatment Plans : Create and execute effective strategies to improve communication, cognitive‑linguistic skills, and swallowing function over multiple visits.
