Banquet Bartender

As a Banquet Bartender, you'll play a key role in delivering those experiences, crafting beverages that elevate our guests' celebrations. Your talent for mixing drinks and providing warm, attentive service will help create unforgettable moments.

As a Banquet Bartender, you'll bring energy and skill to every event. In this role, you will:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests, providing personalized service with a friendly demeanor.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the bar before, during, and after events.
• Adhere to all alcohol service policies and ensure guests are served responsibly.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to deliver a seamless event experience.
• Handle transactions and reconcile cash/credit at the end of each event.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

We're looking for a creative and personable bartender who thrives in a dynamic environment. To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Bartending experience in a banquet or event setting preferred.
• A valid alcohol awareness certification, as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
