Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to surgical protocols.
• Assist in orthopedic, GYN, urology, and cardiothoracic surgeries.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci systems.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Accurately document patient information using Meditech / CPN EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Kansas.
• Minimum 1-year acute care OR RN hospital experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience with DaVinci Robotics preferred.
• Ortho, neurology, and vascular experience highly desirable.
• Prior experience with Meditech is an advantage.
