Junior Developer Analyst

Seeking a motivated Analyst / Junior Developer for a full-time remote position, responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, developing applications and automation solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders Develop and maintain applications, scripts, and automation solutions Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while creating and maintaining technical documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Hands-on coding experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL) Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to interact confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
