Atlas Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Chattanooga.
We're looking for someone who already understands the insurance business, enjoys helping clients, and wants more than just another service role. This position is ideal for a motivated insurance professional who is eager to grow, take on greater responsibility, and build a long-term career with a respected independent agency.
Atlas Insurance Agency is one of Chattanooga's most highly reviewed independent insurance agencies, serving clients throughout Tennessee and the Southeast. We believe in investing in our people, promoting from within, and creating opportunities for team members who want to grow professionally.
Responsibilities- Manage a book of personal lines accounts
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and remarketing
- Assist clients with coverage reviews and insurance questions
- Work directly with insurance carriers to resolve issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate agency management system documentation
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Minimum 2 years of personal lines insurance agency experience
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and positive attitude
- Independent agency experience
- Experience with multiple insurance carriers
