Industrial Engineer

Industrial Engineer Location: Dallas, Texas Overview A leading manufacturer of advanced electrical equipment is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support production optimization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the manufacturing environment. What you will be doing: Troubleshoot complex electrical assemblies and full-system production issues. Drive improvements in quality, safety, cost, and on-time delivery. Standardize manufacturing processes and develop performance metrics. Support capital equipment planning and implementation. Develop and refine work instructions for assembly and testing. Participate in design-for-manufacturability efforts for new products. Improve workflow efficiency, material utilization, and labor productivity. Create training materials for production staff. Provide technical support to Quality for product issue resolution. What you must have: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. 5–8 years in electrical or electromechanical manufacturing. Strong analytical background; Lean/Six Sigma preferred. Knowledge of SMT, through-hole, IPC-610, and ISO-9000. ERP experience; SAP preferred. Strong communication skills.
