Director of Finance

Location: Fort Myers, Florida (Hybrid Schedule) Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 Base + Bonus Why This Opportunity Stands Out Serve as the primary finance partner to the President and collaborate closely with the Group CFO Lead the finance function for a growing $20M PE-backed division with executive-level visibility Influence key business decisions around growth initiatives, pricing, margins, investments, and resource planning Own and improve financial reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics that drive strategic decision-making Play a critical role in acquisition integration and multi-entity financial operations Leverage and enhance NetSuite, Power BI, and reporting automation capabilities Develop and mentor an existing finance team while creating greater accountability and operational excellence Gain exposure to domestic and international operations, including multi-currency accounting environments Opportunity to modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and build a best-in-class finance organization Key Responsibilities For The Director Of Finance Serve as the senior finance business partner to division leadership, providing insight on revenue, margins, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance Own month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet integrity Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis across multiple entities and locations Improve financial processes, reporting timelines, internal controls, and operational efficiencies Support acquisition integration efforts and drive finance system optimization, including NetSuite Develop and mentor the finance team while building accountability and high-performance standards Qualifications For The Director Of Finance Experience leading finance and accounting functions within a multi-entity, multi-location organization Strong background in consolidations, intercompany accounting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management NetSuite experience strongly preferred Experience supporting executive leadership as a strategic finance business partner in a hands‑on environment
