Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration Maintenance: Build new WMS environments per BY specs, implement all code and configure the WMS to meet operational requirements, system settings
• Work with other teams‿ network, DBA, security make sure system is up and operational.
• System Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the WMS with other business systems, such as ERP, MBOX, Middleware, data warehouse, WCS, etc
• Technical Support Troubleshooting: Provide expert level support to end users, address system issues, and troubleshoot errors to ensure high system availability and performance.
• Respond to system monitoring alerts and take necessary actions
• Install hot fixes /internal/external rollouts/patches: Work closely with change control manager and software vendors to ensure fixes, patches and install in various environments
• Ensure SDLC is followed, and only approved installs are implemented
• Keep track of install/s/environments patched
• Support server teams when due for patches/maintenance
• Documentation Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, and training materials for system support
• Annual Disaster Recovery Tests: As part of compliance work with DBA to complete annual DR tests and all related compliance documentation
• Annual/required DB Refreshes: Work with DBA‿s to complete annual system refreshes or as requested by testing teams/other projects
• System Audits Security: Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy and implement any required security measures to protect warehouse data and ensure compliance.
• Process Improvement: Work with operations leaders to review current processes and identify areas for optimization and standardization to drive efficiencies.
