From the studio floor to the front desk, our team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose.BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You'll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. The SA position is a part-time position requiring occasional weekend, early morning, and/or evening work and reports to the Studio Manager and/or Lead Sales Associate.What You'll Be DoingWelcome and assist members in the studio by creating a community at the studio through engagement with members before and after classImplement the studio sales process, including lead generation, management, and conversion of new members/memberships: Manage memberships and provide information about classes and servicesCarry out member retention tasksClass/Member bookingsParticipate in community events to promote the studioAchieve sales quotas by interacting with members and guests, getting to know them, and helping find items they like or might want to tryProcess membership changes, including upgrades, downgrades, freezes, and cancellationsAchieve and maintain a clean and inviting studio environment by completing daily shift cleaning tasksAssist with other duties as assigned by the Lead Sales Associate and/or Studio Manager, including but not limited to participation in the creation of picture and video content for the studio's social media accounts.What You'll Need to SucceedGoal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training salesFluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and emailPassionate about fitnessProfessional, trustworthy, and punctualProficient with computers and studio softwareHigh school degreeSome college education is preferredCompensation$12 per hour Ability to earn biannual raises10% commission on retail and membership sales50% retail discount50% off your Pilates membership or the ability to drop in to classes with open spotsWELCOME TO THE BAR!BODYBAR Pilates is building a community of people who love, respect, encourage, and motivate one another to be strong, healthy, and happy human beings.
