About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in fund-level accounting, reporting, and back-office operations. This senior position is highly visible and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to ensure top-tier reporting, controls, and scalability. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fund accounting and financial reporting across multiple private equity vehicles, managing and reviewing investor reporting, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial metrics. Additionally, the role involves leading back-office operations, partnering with various stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives such as fund structuring and operational scaling. Candidates for the Vice President of Finance role at the company should have 7-10+ years' of experience in private equity fund accounting, financial reporting, or fund operations, with a strong understanding of PE fund structures, waterfalls, and investor allocations. The role requires a background in a top-tier fund, administrator, or public/private accounting firm with PE exposure, and a CPA is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of operating at both a tactical and strategic level. Key skills include the ability to manage audits, tax processes, and third-party service providers, as well as a proven track record in maintaining and enhancing internal controls, policies, and reporting processes.
