- Integrate supplier quality data, audit findings, and nonconformance trends into structured reporting to enable visibility, escalation, and corrective action.
- Lead resolution of supplier nonconformances using structured problem-solving methods (8D, RCCA, SCAR).
- Partner with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and external integrators to resolve supplier quality and manufacturing issues.
- Support supplier selection, qualification, and performance ranking with Procurement and commodity/LOB owners.
- Track and report supplier performance, risks, and corrective actions to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in supplier quality, delivery, cost, and manufacturing performance.
- Support ISO 9001 quality system compliance across the supplier base.
- Conduct frequent on-site supplier visits for audits, issue resolution, and production readiness.
Required Qualifications
