We specialize in sewer repair, trenchless technology, epoxy pipe lining, commercial plumbing, and drain services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced leader to build and manage a world-class warehouse and inventory operation. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager with extensive plumbing supply knowledge and strong ServiceTitan inventory management experience. This is not a traditional warehouse position. We are looking for someone who can build warehouse systems from the ground up, establish inventory controls, optimize purchasing, manage truck inventory, and create efficient processes that support a growing plumbing company. The ideal candidate has experience working for a plumbing contractor or plumbing supply distributor and understands thousands of plumbing parts, fittings, valves, tools, materials, and inventory best practices. If you enjoy solving problems, building efficient processes, and taking ownership of warehouse operations, we would love to hear from you. $52,800.00–$82,800.00 salary based on experience Performance bonus Health insurance Life insurance Opportunity to build and lead a best-in‑class warehouse operation Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Build and organize an efficient warehouse layout Develop warehouse processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Manage receiving, stocking, shipping, returns, warranty items, and transfers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Supervise warehouse personnel Inventory Management Manage all warehouse and truck inventory using ServiceTitan Establish and maintain accurate inventory levels Create min/max inventory settings Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits Maintain inventory accuracy of 98% or higher Identify obsolete, slow‑moving, or excess inventory Reduce inventory shrinkage and material loss Purchase plumbing materials, equipment, and supplies Build relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing Monitor lead times and maintain adequate stock levels Source alternative suppliers when needed Track purchase orders and receiving Manage inventory inside ServiceTitan Create and maintain part numbers Standardize inventory naming conventions Manage warehouse locations and truck stock Improve inventory workflows and reporting Train employees on inventory procedures Ensure trucks are consistently stocked Coordinate inventory replenishment Improve technician efficiency by ensuring materials are readily available Develop KPIs and inventory reports Improve warehouse efficiency and organization Implement barcode and inventory tracking systems Train team members on warehouse procedures Continuously improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Qualifications Required 7+ years of warehouse and inventory management experience Strong plumbing parts and materials knowledge Experience with plumbing contractors or plumbing supply distributors Strong ServiceTitan inventory experience Purchasing and vendor management experience Experience building warehouse systems from the ground up Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to read plumbing plans and material lists Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience with plumbing materials Experience with Service Titan Warehouse Knowledge of fleet inventory management Experience implementing barcode systems Success in This Role Within your first year, you will build a highly organized warehouse Achieve 98%+ inventory accuracy Standardize all truck inventory Reduce inventory waste and shortages Improve technician productivity through better inventory management Establish KPIs and reporting for warehouse operations Build scalable systems that support ALMCO’s continued growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
