We are seeking an energetic, service-focused Banquet Supervisor to lead and support our banquet team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a working supervisor position, meaning the successful candidate will actively participate in banquet operations by serving guests, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and working alongside banquet servers and bartenders while providing leadership and direction to the team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence. Requirements Minimum 2 years of banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example in a hands-on environment. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
