Weekly Pay $2584 - $2784 Shift Shift 8 Hour Day Shifts Per Week 5 Scheduled Hours 40 Start Date 08/10/2026 End Date 11/09/2026 Duration 13 Week(s) Speech Language Pathologist - Acute Rehabilitation Schedule Days, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team at a state-of-the-art, 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will focus on the treatment and recovery of patients experiencing functional loss due to various injuries or illness, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Responsibilities Provide specialized treatment and evaluations for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to maximize patient recovery and functional outcomes. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders and rehabilitation strategies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active CA License as a Speech Language Pathologist. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Rehabilitation or Acute Care settings.
