Job Description Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Position Summary: As the Bilingual RN, you would be responsible for supporting SNP (Special Needs Plan) efforts for immediate member outreach to complete Health Risk Assessments and Care Plans.
