Job Summary
Currently seeking experienced MIG Welders to assist with production needs and help complete a current order. The ideal candidate will have MIG welding experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on trailer components and assemblies.
Weld metal parts according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and strength.
Set up and operate welding equipment safely.
Use hand tools and measuring equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications
Previous MIG welding experience required.
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and welding instructions.
Experience using welding tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to wear required PPE, including welding gear.
