Sales Representative - NYC - Interventional Spine (IVS)

Field-based sales role selling Stryker's Interventional Spine products to physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers across the NYC metropolitan area. Candidates will manage territory sales, support clinical procedures, and build relationships with healthcare providers in a commission-based position.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within assigned territory to achieve sales and revenue objectives
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff for account growth
• Support product evaluations and clinical cases in operating rooms and ambulatory surgery centers
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory expansion plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
• OR Bachelor's degree with experience in customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment
• OR minimum 5 years of professional outside or territory-based sales experience with proven performance
• Ability to provide in-person support during procedures in clinical settings
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 30% throughout assigned territory
• Physical capability to stand extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation

Compensation: 100% commission-based with bonus eligibility and benefits
