HIRING SCHEDULE:

Sunday: 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday: 8:00am - 8:00pm Tuesday: 10:00am - 6:00pm Wednesday: OFF Thursday: OFF Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (every other week) Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm **Some flexibility on the schedule for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. Assist the Dentist through a variety of procedures and managing lab case/deliveries Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment. Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment. Answering phones promptly and responding to messages Managing scheduled - scheduling and confirming appointments. Entering new patient records and updating ledgers with precision (Denticon) Perform various office tasks as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

This is an entry level position (floater) - previous experience in Dental Assisting and NJ Radiology certification a plus but not required! Open to applicants on the pathway to obtaining their certifications. Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties. A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history. Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
