As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales of pre-owned vehicles at our dealership. This role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of used car sales professionals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to improve performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Automotive dealership management experience
- Proven success in auto retail sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passionate about training sales team
- Ability to improve department profitability
- Clean driving record
