Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN Autumn Lake at Union | Union, NJ $50–$55/hour | PRN We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Union. This flexible position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive skills, and swallowing function while working as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team. What You’ll Do Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication and safe swallowing strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with nursing, therapy staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $50–$55/hour Flexible PRN scheduling Supportive rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Collaborative interdisciplinary team Opportunity to provide meaningful, individualized therapy Qualifications Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate Speech-Language Pathologists are welcome to apply If you're an SLP looking for flexible PRN hours and an opportunity to help residents make meaningful progress in communication, cognition, and swallowing, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
