This is not an entry-level cable-pulling position. Were looking for someone with 2+ years of low-voltage experience and hands-on commercial access control/security installation experience who can complete quality work with minimal supervision, troubleshoot problems in the field, and take ownership of the job.

If you want competitive pay, paid training, manufacturer certifications, overtime opportunities, and a clear path into senior technical and leadership roles, we want to talk to you.

The 5 Traits We're Looking For

Quality Workmanship You take pride in clean, professional installations and doing the job right the first time.

Dependability Your team can count on you to show up, follow through, and take ownership of your work.

Teamwork & Leadership Potential You work well with others, help less-experienced installers, and have the potential to grow into a leadership role.

Strong Technical Troubleshooting You can think through field issues, identify problems, and work toward solutions instead of waiting for someone else to solve them.

Clear Communication You communicate professionally with customers, project leaders, and teammates and keep people informed when issues arise.

As an Installer II, you'll independently install and assist with commissioning commercial physical security systems throughout the Raleigh-Durham area and Southeast.

You'll also assist senior technicians and help mentor Installer I team members as your skills and leadership abilities grow.

• 2+ years of low-voltage installation experience
• Hands-on commercial access control installation experience
• Commercial security system installation experience
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Basic networking knowledge

Manufacturer certifications are highly valued.
