As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team as an independent contractor. Job Responsibilities: Analyze project documents, including blueprints and specifications, to create accurate electrical estimates. Research material, labor, and equipment costs to develop competitive bids. Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and alternative solutions. Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals within required deadlines. Communicate with clients and general contractors to clarify scope and pricing as needed. Utilize estimating software and tools to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in electrical estimating, preferably in commercial or industrial projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software (such as Accubid, EBM, or similar) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and labor costs. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise estimates with minimal errors. Independent & Reliable: Must be able to manage workload and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
