About the Role:

Join HOME CARE SOLUTIONS LLC as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Bowman, GA, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while providing compassionate care and support.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.

Help with meal preparation and errands

Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Support clients in engaging in social and recreational activities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Flexible availability, including holidays.

Ability to work in a home with dogs and a client that smokes
