Tax Accountant

We’re looking for a Tax Accountant in the Houston area to support a variety of tax functions across corporate, partnership, and individual returns. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns Assist with tax planning, compliance, and research Respond to tax notices and support audits Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax codes and regulations Collaborate with finance team to ensure proper reporting and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 2–5 years of experience in tax (public or corporate) CPA or CPA-eligible preferred Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws Proficiency with tax software (e.g., ProSystem, CCH, UltraTax) and Excel Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills If you're ready to bring your tax expertise to a team that values your contributions, apply today and let’s talk!
