As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Daily Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to the office staff Distribute mail and packages Collect copays and payments from clients Assist with dictation and file maintenance Schedule patient appointments and manage the front office Required Skills: GED or equivalent Strong keyboarding and word processing skills Ability to handle patient scheduling and registration Phone etiquet Nice to Have Skills: Proficiency in grammar and sorting Ability to manage calendars and order supplies Experience in Veterinary medicine Salary and Benefits: Salary for this position ranges from $29,000 to $32,000 annually.
