Lead Medical Assistant - Cardiac Care & Clinic Ops

UF Health in Saint Augustine, FL seeks an experienced Medical Assistant with a strong cardiac background to lead our back-office operations across multiple clinics. You will act as the key liaison between patients, providers, and staff and support daily clinic operations.
As the lead, you will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate testing and referrals, participate in payroll and hiring processes, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering exceptional patient care.
