Location: Austin, TX OR Sunnyvale, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD S/4HANA Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Distribution processes, system configuration, and cross-module integration. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, supporting business requirements through design, configuration, and implementation in S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical understanding of SAP SD, along with knowledge of MM integration, master data, and enhancements, to support scalable and efficient business operations.

Experience Required:

• 8+ years of SAP SD consulting experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of S/4HANA experience (mandatory)

Core SAP Expertise Required:

SAP SD (Primary Focus):

• End-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

• Pricing and billing configuration

• Revenue account determination

• Output determination

• Customer, Material, and Condition Master Data

• Sales order processing, delivery, and billing

SAP MM (Supporting Knowledge):

• Basic understanding of procurement and inventory processes

• Integration with SD for order fulfillment and logistics

S/4HANA Capabilities:

• Hands-on experience with SAP SD in S/4HANA environments

• Understanding of Fiori-based processes and simplified data models

Integration & Technical Skills:

• Strong integration knowledge across:

○ SD–MM

○ SD–FI

○ Service Management (SM)–FI

• Experience with EDI / IDocs for data exchange

• Output determination configuration

• Experience with enhancements, user exits, and custom developments

• Ability to write detailed functional specifications

Additional Functional Knowledge:

• Understanding of SAP Service Management (SM) processes

• Basic knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning) processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions

• Perform SAP SD configuration across pricing, billing, output, and account determination

• Design and implement end-to-end O2C solutions

• Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments

• Support integration with MM, FI, and Service Management modules

• Configure and manage EDI/IDoc interfaces and output processes

• Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and coordinate defect resolution

• Manage transports and support deployment to production environments

• Provide post go-live support and issue resolution

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Ensure delivery aligned with project lifecycle phases:

○ Requirements gathering

○ Design

○ Build

○ Testing

○ Go-live and support

Project & Delivery Responsibilities:

• Follow full SAP project lifecycle methodology

• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams

• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality deliverables

• Support production teams and provide knowledge transfer post go-live

• Assist with troubleshooting urgent production issues

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field

• 8+ years of SAP SD functional consulting experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of S/4HANA experience

• Strong expertise in SD configuration and O2C processes

• Solid understanding of SD-MM and SD-FI integration

• Experience with EDI/IDoc, output determination, and enhancements

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in onsite-offshore delivery models

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP Service Management (SM)

• Knowledge of SAP PP processes

• SAP SD certification

• Exposure to high-tech or manufacturing industries
