Position Title: Barista Cashier


Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Compensation: $15.75-$17.25/hour; hourly wage increases upon full-time hire

Position Overview
We are currently hiring Barista / Cashiers to support food and beverage operations within a professional healthcare or hospitality environment. This opportunity is offered through a temp-to-hire program for qualified candidates, with competitive starting pay and access to enhanced benefits upon successful completion of the required working period. The Barista / Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing beverages, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming service area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items in accordance with established standards
  
  
• Accurately operate cash registers and process customer transactions
  
  
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, service counters, and equipment
  
  
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
  
  
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Barista experience preferred but not required
  
  
• GED preferred but not required; free GED program available upon permanent hire
  
  
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience preferred (three years desired but not required)
  
  
• Willingness to submit to and pass a background check and drug screen
