Senior HR Business Partner

Supporting the North America and EMEA Sales organizations during a critical growth period, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives while collaborating closely with sales leaders in a remote capacity for a 6-month contract. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary HR Business Partner to sales leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives and revenue growth Drive talent management processes, including succession planning and performance management, across the sales organization Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts while ensuring effective communication and employee engagement Required qualifications 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role Experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or Customer-facing organizations in high-growth environments Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership coaching Proven change management experience, preferably in multi-country or global teams Analytical mindset with experience leveraging workforce data for decision-making
