Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in your community? Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Loris area.
As a DSP, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact lives every day.
$500 Sign-On Bonus- $250 after 45 days of employment
- $250 after 90 days of employment
✅ Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed
✅ Promote independence and community inclusion
✅ Monitor safety and provide overnight support
✅ Complete required documentation and reports
✅ Support individual goals and quality of life
WEEK 1
- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Tuesday: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Wednesday: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Thursday: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: 8 am - 4 pm
WEEK 2
- Sunday: 8 am - 4 pm
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Wednesday: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Thursday: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Saturday: OFF
