Vice President of Finance

St. Louis | Executive Leadership Opportunity

Are you a strategic finance leader with experience in Healthcare or Senior Living looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking an experienced VP of Finance to lead the financial strategy, operational performance, and fiscal integrity of a growing organization in the St. Louis area.

This executive-level role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines strong financial expertise with operational insight and a passion for supporting mission-driven healthcare or senior living environments.

What You’ll Do

• Direct all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities
• Lead financial planning and analysis to improve profitability and operational performance
• Oversee cash flow management, revenue cycle performance, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic growth and achieve revenue goals
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, board members, lenders, and external partners
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team focused on accountability and collaboration
• Ensure financial systems, reporting tools, and processes support organizational efficiency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting
• Prior experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, or related healthcare services required
• Proven success overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and operational finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems, accounting platforms, and BI/reporting tools
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
