The Route Sales Delivery Driver's primary responsibilities are to provide premium customer service within a designated territory (residential, commercial, and retail), accelerate growth and revenue, and work safely. This role is highly interactive, has a strong sales and service focus, and requires the ability to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).Reporting Location: Lanham, MDCompensation: Average earning potential of approximately $104,000 / year ($53,000 / year base pay + uncapped commission after training) paid weekly Training and service route rate of $6,032 / month Commission earnings are approximate only and are not guaranteed as they depend on individual circumstances and effort (based on 2025 averages)Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs) Start Time: Between 6 am -
