Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers. Oversee guest service operations, including crew and managers, sales promotions, training, and front‑counter/Drive‑Thru organization. Ensure quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and staff training in kitchen operations. Hire, train, schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred; ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
