Integration Analyst

Managing client data integrations, the full-time Integration Analyst will oversee the setup and testing processes for new and existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer service in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage the data integration build and testing process between internal and external parties Communicate and educate clients and vendors on data integration approaches and timelines Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams throughout the integration project Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience 1-2 years' experience in customer service, partner management, or file integrations Proficiency with Google Workspace Proven experience managing client-facing projects Project management experience is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
