• Assessing patients' medical histories.
• Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and listening to patient concerns.
• Creating personalized treatment plans with specific goals and anticipated outcomes.
• Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

• Valid Physical Therapist License in Connecticut.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
