Distribution Coordinator

Distribution Coordinator position at Zimmer Biomet in Englewood, Colorado. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, repacking, and shipping surgical instrumentation and implants to healthcare facilities while maintaining inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Package products and materials for shipment with protective measures
Prepare shipping documentation with accurate addresses and inventory verification
Receive, inspect, and restock surgical trays and implants based on usage
Verify purchase orders and shipping orders against pack slips and part numbers
Maintain electronic records from purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of distribution or inventory control experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Team-oriented with independent problem-solving capability
Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards preferred
