Conduct monthly chart audits, ensuring timely, accurate paperwork. Observe clinical practices and provide crisis intervention. Coordinate SAC training and annual evaluations with growth plans. Manage staff schedules and oversee chart audit corrections. Approve counselors’ Learning Contracts and weekly package reviews. Adhere to Outreach Project’s ethical policies, participate in family events. Track monthly MetroCard inventory. We require: LCSW & Advanced CASAC Experience in residential program management Experience working with adolescents and families Experience in addiction treatment settings Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse interdisciplinary team Action-oriented, adaptable, and innovative approach to program planning Ability to work three evenings per week Outreach: Where Passion Meets Impact.
