Clinical Equipment Manager

OverviewThe Clinical Equipment Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, service coordination, equipment planning, and vendor management for the Clinical Equipment Team. This role serves as the operational leader between the field, vendors, operations teams, and the Director of Equipment, ensuring equipment standards, responsiveness, accountability, and preventive planning are executed consistently across supported offices. This position requires strong technical knowledge of dental equipment, operational discipline, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead initiatives to improve systems and processes.MB2 Dental is pleased to offer a competitive compensation package that includes medical/dental/vision/life insurance, long- and short-term disability, generous PTO, paid holidays, traditional and Roth 401(k) options, and more.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee equipment support operations for an assigned region of officesServe as the primary escalation point for equipment issues, service coordination, and replacement planningDevelop and maintain equipment service standards, workflows, and response expectationsMaintain and oversee equipment warranty tracking, preventive maintenance schedules, and extended warranty renewalsReview repair history, equipment lifecycle data, and office needs to make strategic repair versus replacement recommendationsPartner with Operations Teams and office leadership to provide equipment recommendations, budgeting insight, quotes, and purchasing guidanceManage vendor relationships and coordinate service providers to ensure quality, responsiveness, and cost efficiencyTroubleshoot, triage, and assist in diagnosing equipment issues to improve service accuracy and minimize downtimeCollaborate closely with Facilities, Construction, IT, and Operations teams on office expansions, remodels, relocations, and de novo projectsMonitor equipment inventory and forecast future replacement needs and capital planning opportunitiesCreate reporting, track KPIs, and maintain accurate updates through Monday.com and Microsoft TeamsParticipate in weekly leadership, operations, and project meetingsAssist in building scalable systems, documentation, and processes for the Clinical Equipment DepartmentQualifications5+ years of experience in the dental industry with strong knowledge of dental equipment and equipment systemsPrevious leadership, project management, or operational management experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high level of organization and accountabilityExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience working cross-functionally with operations, facilities, construction, and vendorsProficiency with Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and equipment tracking/reporting systemsCandidate must reside in the Dallas areaMust be technical, polished, professional, and highly responsivePreferred AttributesProcess-oriented and operationally disciplinedComfortable leading through accountability and follow-throughAble to balance urgency with strategic decision-makingStrong sense of ownership and initiativeCollaborative leadership style with a service mindsetMB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.INDHRM200Job Summary
