We are in search of enthusiastic, full-time agents ready to manage a substantial volume of business. Our agents typically close 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 60 days by utilizing our live-connection leads. With over $500 million in annual volume and a collaborative culture where no one builds alone, we offer the support you need to transform potential into production.

- Maintain a high-performance mindset focused on delivering 5-star client experiences and successful closings.
Position Requirements:
- Active California DRE License (Mandatory): All candidates must have an active license prior to joining. Assistance for obtaining a license is not provided at this time.
- Full-Time Dedication: This is a career-driven role for agents who treat real estate as their primary business.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern CRM systems and lead-conversion tools.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
Schedule:
- Self-determined schedule
- Weekend availability required for live tour connections
