CDL A Truck Driver Trainee - Paid Training

10-4 Logistics welcomes recent CDL Class A graduates to join its regional fleet based in Greensboro, NC, serving routes across the Eastern United States. We provide paid, over-the-road finish training and offer aggressive tuition reimbursement to help reduce school debt.
- Tuition reimbursement and pay: Guaranteed earnings of $1,600+ per week while acquiring real-world OTR experience with an assigned professional mentor.
- Paid finish training: Structured, over-the-road training to transition new drivers into independent operation.
- Respectful employment status: You will be a W-2 employee with emphasis on safety, professionalism, and driver support.

What you will learn:
- Advanced backing and tight-quarters maneuvering in Eastern urban centers.
- Electronic Logging Device (ELD) operation and full compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Safe and efficient operation of late-model diesel equipment (2024–2026).
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL obtained from an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).
- Clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety and DOT compliance.
