Responsibilities: • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Qualifications: • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Prior experience in the food service industry. Compensation: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
