Data Center Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch team for our new Fredericksburg, VA site! You'll be based primarily in Fredericksburg as we scale operations. During the initial phase, which could be several months, travel to Stafford, Louisa, and Manassas may be required to support operational needs and training while the Fredericksburg sites ramp up to full capacity. Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

Preferred Qualifications:

• Can work in cramped spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies
• Experience working in a data center environment (racking and stacking gear, cable management, hot/cold aisle containment)
